CLASSES
All classes are grouped into three categories: Soft, Strength and Sculpt.
Soft classes are slower-paced and focus on mobility, control, and stretch.
Strength classes challenge the whole body through controlled, strength-based movements.
Sculpt classes are more dynamic, building muscular endurance and elevating the heart rate.
Simple & intentional movements using little to no equipment to build strength, balance, flexibility, and control.
