CLASSES
We offer two different types of classes: choreographed and structured. Our choreographed classes are set to music and are offered live and at events. Our structured classes are built in programmed series and are available both live and online. While the delivery differs, all classes are rooted with the same foundation: simple and intentional movements enhanced with small props to build strength, balance, flexibility, and control

POWER PILATES
Pilates combined with functional training for increased strength and mobility to upbeat music.

A class where we work with light cardio to upbeat songs in an aerobics format combined with pilates and functional strength.

FLEXI
A mix between yoga and pilates with a focus on mobility and stretching. The class is led to music.

Structured - Live & Online
TONE & STRETCH
A slower paced class for those slower days. Move your body between toning and stretching excersices creating flow and a sense of calm
POWER PILATES
Move through this strengthening class with variating movements and combinations to challenge your entire body. This all in one workout is that class that you will be coming back to, time and time again
SCULPT
A strength and endurance class were we move in longer blocks to really feel the burn in our muscles. Spicy - yes, yet slow and controlled, leaving your body feeling amazing
