GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

By booking a service, class, treatment, event, or making a purchase with Pura Frida, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms & Conditions.

PILATES

 

Memberships

All memberships are personal and may only be used by the purchaser.

The validity period for term passes, class cards, and drop-in classes is 3 months, starting from the first attended class.
Monthly passes are valid for 1 month from the first attended class.

Class cards are issued on site upon presentation of your receipt.

Please note that training breaks may occur between terms. Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded.

 

Membership Types

Term Pass: Unlimited training during one term (3 months)

Monthly Pass: Unlimited training for one month

10-Class Card: Attend 10 classes of your choice within 3 months

Drop-in: Attend one class within 3 months

 

Class Booking

The class schedule and booking system are released per term, approximately two weeks before the start of the term.

Class bookings are only available to participants with a valid membership.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your place.
The maximum number of participants per class is 15 people.

 

Class Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a class, your booking must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the class begins. This allows participants on the waiting list the opportunity to join.

Late cancellations or missed classes will result in the following:

Class cards and drop-in: 1 session will be deducted.

Term or monthly passes: A €5 late cancellation fee will be charged per missed class.

The fee must be paid on site or via invoice.

 

Payment with Wellness Benefits

Memberships can be paid using Friskvård.ax, ÅHS wellness benefit, or Epassi.

Please register your wellness benefit online or submit your vouchers before attending your first class. Once registered, your membership will be activated and you can begin booking classes.

When paying with Epassi, payment can be made directly through the app on site or online in advance by presenting your payment confirmation. If you wish to pay partly with wellness vouchers and partly with another payment method, please contact info@purafrida.com.

 

 

TREATMENTS

 

Booking

Treatments are booked via the website. Payment can be made online at the time of booking or on site.

Available booking times are released up to 90 days in advance.

If you arrive late, the treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. The full treatment price will still apply. Please note that the therapist reserves the right to terminate a treatment in cases of inappropriate behaviour, in which case the client will be charged the full treatment price.

 

Cancellation of Treatment

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made later than this will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.

 

Product Reactions

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the treatment. The client is responsible for any reactions that may occur if such information has not been disclosed.

 

Payment with Wellness Benefits

The treatment Full Body Massage can be paid using Friskvård.ax, ÅHS wellness benefit, or Epassi.

Wellness benefits must be registered online or vouchers submitted before the treatment begins.

OTHER

 

Organic Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened and unused products. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Please note that return shipping costs may apply for products from Yogiraj.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid until redeemed, with a maximum validity of 2 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be used for all services and products.

 

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary.

 

Responsibility 

Participation in treatments, yoga, Pilates, and other wellness activities is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

Please inform us before your session of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your participation. Participation in online classes or the use of digital material is also at your own responsibility. Participants are responsible for adapting exercises according to their own physical ability and health condition.

 

Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to programs, schedules, or content if necessary due to weather conditions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Personal Belongings

The organizer cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings during treatments or Pilates classes.

 

Information & Content

Information, advice, and materials shared through the website, social media, newsletters, or during online or in-person activities are provided for general informational purposes only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pura Frida cannot be held responsible for how this information is used by individuals. For medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

We collect personal information such as name, email address, and phone number solely for the purpose of managing bookings and communicating with clients.

Your personal information will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except when required for booking or payment processing through external services.

RETREAT & EVENT TERMS

 

 

By booking an event or retreat with Pura Frida, you agree to the following terms.

 

Booking

Your place at an event or retreat is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

 

Cancellation

Treatment appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

For retreats and events, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place (if a deposit applies).

In case of cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before the retreat: any payment made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund will be issued.

Bookings may be transferred to another participant if the organizer is informed in advance.

If the retreat or event is cancelled by the organizer, the full participation fee will be refunded.

 

Health & Responsibility

Participation in yoga, Pilates, treatments, and other activities is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

Participants are responsible for informing the organizer of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.

The organizer cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur in connection with the activities.

Travel

Travel to and from the retreat or event is not included unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel.

Insurance

Participants are recommended to have their own travel or cancellation insurance.
